Sunway Construction Wins RM920.8 Million Additional Johor Data-Centre Works

On 4 November, Sunway Construction secured a RM920.8 million variation award for additional mechanical, electrical and plumbing fit-out works at an ongoing data-centre development in Johor. The additional works are targeted for completion by the first quarter of 2028. This is a contract variation, not a new standalone data-centre development. It creates opportunities for electrical contractors, mechanical suppliers and specialist engineering firms.
